Meet and Greet entry

If your chairperson has scheduled an XO Event Call with Meet and Greet entry joining an XO Event Call is easy. For faster entry, have your meeting invitation easily accessible.

To join an XO Event Call:

• Dial in 10 minutes before the start time
• Give your first and family name to the conference coordinator
• Give the passcode to the conference coordinator

You might be asked to give more information such as your company. Then the conference coordinator will tell you what to expect (such as music before the conference begins) and to press * 0 if you need assistance.

Instant and pre-registration entry

If your chairperson has scheduled an XO Event Call with Instant and pre-registration, simply follow the instructions in your email invitation.
