Start a Scheduled Meeting as a Host

  1. Log into WebEx as previously noted.
  2. Under Host a Meeting in the left navigation bar, select My Meetings.

  3. Locate your meeting on the list of your meetings and click Start to begin your web conference.

Or connect to WebEx from Microsoft Outlook

  1. In Outlook, simply open your calendar appointment item, and click the WebEx link under To start this meeting. You will be asked to enter your name and then you will be taken into your WebEx meeting console.
  2. Participants can join the web conference by visiting the WebEx URL and then entering the meeting number. Or simply clicking on the URL in their invite.

Note: First-time users should allow 3-5 minutes to download the WebEx console plug-in before the meeting.

Connect to XO Quick Conference (audio)

  1. At the start of your meeting, dial your XO Quick Conference (audio) dial-in number and follow the prompts.
  2. Enter your chairperson passcode, followed by #. To prevent fraudulent use, please do not share your chairperson passcode.
